The Official Fifa 10 website is now up and running with a special counter in the top right corner saying 'Fifa 10 kicks off in...' and at the moment its currently at 75 days, which takes it to August 19th.
Now lets think of the possibilities. Firstly August 19th would be too early for release as the game was released early october last year. Also, the transfer window closes on 31st of August so releasing the game on the 19th would mean the transfers are not up to date. So I think that rules it out as a release date
I think its either the release of the demo or its the day when the public can play the full game at the games convention in cologne which runs from August 17th to 19th. But if the gaming convention starts on the 17th then why would EA say 19th (the last day of the convention) so this leads me to believe that August 19th might indeed be the release of the demo.
Last year the demo was out september the 11th and seen as though the fifa coverage has started earlier this year I think it would be a good guess to presume that August the 19th may indeed be the day we all get to try fifa 10 ourselves in demo form. Or we could all be waiting for a demo and come August 19th all we get is a gameplay video or a demo release date lol. Let me know what you think...
